Salon Booking Terms and Conditions

Appointment Confirmation

All appointments made online are subject to confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email or message within 24 hours of booking.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. 

​Additionally, canceling more than twice within 24 hours of your appointment will also result in a booking ban.

Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking. This deposit will be applied to your total cost of your service due at service completion.. Please be aware that this deposit will not be returned under any circumstances. If you have any questions or need further clarification, feel free to reach out to your service provider. We accept debit/credit cards and mobile payments only. NO CASH or CHECK.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late, a $20 late fee will be added to your total. If you are 20 minutes late or more, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the service total. Whether the service can still be completed will be at the stylist/technician’s discretion.

Service Changes

If you wish to change your service, please notify your stylist/technician at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Health and Safety

Please inform the stylist/technician of any allergies or medical conditions prior to your appointment. Additionally please notify your stylist/technician of your previous hair/nail history to prevent any unwanted damage. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe you may pose a risk to your health or safety. ​

Consultations

Certain services may require a consultation to discuss desired outcome and hair/nail type. Stylist/Technician will contact the client if consultation is needed. Consultations are always free.

Refunds​

We don't offer refunds under any circumstances. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact your service provider

​

Additional Guest and Children

We kindly ask that only children with scheduled appointments come into the salon for services. Otherwise, NO Children and Additional guests are allowed in the salon.
